阿诺整体硬质合金钻头采用优质整体硬质合金基材，产品全面覆盖钢件、不锈钢、铜铝合金、铸铁等四大被加工材质，配备通用高效型与专用型等多个产品系列，可满足多样化工况下的钻孔加工需求，是制造业精密钻孔的可靠之选。
The AHS series is suitable for high-speed finishing and semi-finishing of high-hardness materials at 45–60 HRC (such as S136H, SKD11, DC53, and Cr12MoV). The ultra-fine grain substrate combined with a Si-based high-hardness coating effectively extends tool service life. Oil cooling or oil mist cooling is recommended.
The ACS series is suitable for stainless steel and titanium alloy materials, such as SUS304, SUS316, and Ti-6Al-4V. This series of end mills features an anti-vibration structural design and a self-developed composite PVD coating. The coating offers a smooth surface and low adhesion, ensuring long-term machining stability.
