PCD Reamer: D105.7 x D46.7 x D42.8 Application: Multi-step compound bores to Grade 7 accuracy, with stringent 0.008 mm coaxiality requirements.	PCD Reamer: Special Unequal Indexing Angles, Multi-Step Height Compound Design Application: Compound precision reaming of deep bores in steering system housings, enabling high feed rates and effective control of geometric tolerances.	PCD Reamer: Special High-Strength Steel Body Bore Wall + Thread Compound Tool Application: Finish reaming of the inner bore and single-pass milling of the internal thread in steering system housings.

PCD Interrupted-Edge Reamer: Combines back-milling + intermediate precision boring tool holder + large-diameter compound at the bore opening. Application: Precision back-milling of grooves + intermediate bore in steering system housing. Surface roughness range Rz 8-16 + precision reaming of the large-diameter bore opening to Grade 7 accuracy. Three cutting parameters are achieved to meet bore wall requirements.	PCD Flange Reamer: Calibrated flange shank to compensate for machine spindle runout + special anti-vibration cutting edges. Application: Dedicated high-precision machining of Grade 6-7 bearing bores, compatible with replaceable PCD guide tools when paired with high-precision equipment.
