Unique positive rake design delivers cutting forces comparable to positive inserts. Effectively suppresses vibration on low-rigidity components and low-torque machines. High-precision insert pockets strictly control axial and radial runout, ensuring consistent surface quality on both bottom faces and 90° sidewalls.

② Double-sided 6-edge insert for outstanding cost efficiency.

Precision-ground triangular insert with 6 effective cutting edges (both faces), significantly increasing utilization per insert vs. conventional 2-edge designs and directly lowering cost per part. Two chipbreaker options: F5 (light cutting) and M5 (medium cutting). TN1104 offers max depth of cut 5 mm; TN1706 offers 8 mm, covering varied depth requirements.
