Core New: Three New Grades

APU10A：车削通用型PVD材质，完美平衡耐磨性与韧性，适配精加工至中等加工工况，广泛应用于钢、不锈钢、球墨铸铁等多种材料切削加工。

APU10A: A universal PVD grade for turning, good balance with wear resistance and toughness. Suitable for finish to medium machining, extensive applications in steel, stainless steel and ductile iron.

APS10A：难加工材料专属材质，搭载先进PVD 涂层技术，高效阻隔切削热，专为高温合金、钛合金设计，同时覆盖各类不锈钢精加工至中等加工场景。

APS10A: A dedicated grade for ISO S materials with advanced PVD coating which effectively blocks cutting heat, especially for heat-resistant alloy and titanium alloy, applications from finish to medium machining. Also be appropriate for stainless steel.

APS20A：高平衡性能基体搭配前沿PVD涂层，适用于难加工材料与不锈钢的半精加工至粗加工，在恶劣加工条件下仍保持出色可靠性。

APS20A: A balanced substrate combined with advanced PVD coating. Appropriate for semi-finish to rough machining for both super alloy and stainless steel, excellent reliability even in unfavorable cutting conditions.

Core New: Five New geometries

PFX：优化大正前角结构设计，兼容钢件、不锈钢及部分铸铁，适配稳定连续切削与轻微断续切削，高效保障精加工精度。

PFX: Optimized positive rake angle for steel, stainless steel, and nodular cast iron.Suitable for continuous and light interrupted cutting and guarantee the finishing result.

MMB：通用中等加工槽型，适配不锈钢、高温合金及长切屑钢加工。

MMB: A universal medium geometry with light cutting force for stainless steel, heat-resistant alloy and long‑chip steel.

UHA：专为中粗加工至粗加工工况开发，可稳定加工钢、不锈钢、部分铸铁及高温合金材料，兼容连续切削至强断续切削场景。

UHA: A medium to rough geometry for steel, stainless steel, cast iron and partial heat-resistant alloy, available for continuous and heavy interrupted cutting.

PHA：高刚性耐用刃型搭配专用断屑槽，是钢件重载切削优选方案，稳定覆盖连续、间断粗加工至极限重载加工，亦可有条件加工不锈钢材料。

PHA: A strong geometry with high‑rigidity cutting edge available for continuous and heavy interrupted cutting, the first choice for heavy-duty turning of steel and partial stainless steel.

PHB：强化刃口结构设计，耐久抗冲击，适配高效粗加工至极限重载粗加工，稳定完成钢、铸铁、部分不锈钢的连续及断续长时切削。

PHB: Reinforced cutting edge especially for rough and extremely heavy-duty cutting, stable and reliable for steel, cast iron, and partial stainless steel machining.

PFX+APU10A：

PFX大正前角槽型搭配APU10A通用PVD材质，兼顾连续与轻微断续切削，保障精加工精度;材质均衡耐磨与韧性，覆盖精加工至中等加工，适配钢、不锈钢、球铁等多材料。

PFX geometry with positive rake angle combined with APU10A PVD grade. Suitable for continuous and light interrupted cutting and guarantee the finishing result. A balance grade with both wear resistance and toughness for finishing to medium machining, be appropriate for steel, stainless steel, and ductile iron.
