We sincerely thank you for your long-term trust and support! To ensure continued supply of high-quality products and stable service, we are notifying you of necessary price adjustments for some products.

本次产品价格调整，核心源于生产关键原材料市场价格的持续大幅上涨，公司生产成本面临显著承压。截至2026年1月27日，核心原材料最新市场行情如下：钨粉1350元/公斤、碳化钨粉1300元/公斤、钴粉580元/公斤；钨精矿价格突破56万元/吨，仲钨酸铵价格突破83万元/吨。仲钨酸铵(APT)同比2025年1月初涨幅超过了300%。

This adjustment is driven by sustained, significant increases in the cost of key raw materials, putting significant pressure on our costs. As of January 27, 2026, current market prices are: Tungsten Powder 1350 RMB/kg, Tungsten Carbide Powder 1300 RMB/kg, Cobalt Powder 580 RMB/kg; Tungsten Concentrate >560,000 RMB/ton, Ammonium Paratungstate (APT) >830,000 RMB/ton. The APT price has risen by over 300% since early January 2025.

碳化钨作为硬质合金刀具企业的核心原材料，当材料成本上升100%以上，大部分企业会陷入亏损。为缓解成本压力，阿诺已持续推进生产工艺优化与运营效率提升，但仍难以完全覆盖原材料的大幅价格增幅。为保障产品供应的连续性与品质的稳定性，公司近期已对相关产品执行价格多次调整。

Tungsten carbide is a core raw material for cemented carbide cutting tool companies, if its cost rises by more than 100%, most companies will incur losses. To mitigate this, Ahno has optimized processes and efficiency, but cannot fully absorb the raw material increase. To ensure stable supply and quality, we have made necessary price adjustments.
