2025年9月4日，阿诺加入山特维克后的首次员工交流会于阿诺集团总部成功举办。山特维克机械加工解决方案事业部总裁Nadine Crauwels女士、制造和加工解决方案事业部中国区总裁Elisabeth Lindström-Dupuy女士、阿诺集团总裁巫智勇先生以及各事业部员工代表共同出席会议。会议围绕战略整合、文化融合与未来发展规划等议题进行了深入交流。

On September 4, 2025, the first Town Hall Meeting since AHNO's integration into Sandvik was successfully held at the AHNO Group headquarters. Attendees included Ms. Nadine Crauwels, President of Sandvik Machining SolutionsBusiness Area Machining at Sandvik, Ms. Elisabeth Lindström-Dupuy, President of SMS Business Area Machining’s China Division, Mr. Zhiyong Wu, President of AHNO Group, and employee representatives from each business units. In-depth discussions were held on topics including strategic integration, cultural integration, and future development planning.

山特维克机械加工解决方案事业部总裁Nadine Crauwels女士在会上发表重要讲话。她指出，山特维克集团已于近期制定并公布未来五年战略规划。自2026年1月1日起，原“山特维克机械加工与制造解决方案”业务板块将调整为“机械加工”与“智能制造”两个独立业务领域，以进一步提升业务聚焦度与外部认知的一致性。同时，集团确立了“合作共赢、好奇求索、勇于担责、客户至上”四项核心价值观，作为企业文化建设和经营决策的根本遵循。未来，集团战略将聚焦高潜力区域和中端市场细分领域，致力于通过创新协同与效率提升不断增强核心竞争力，以兑现对客户及利益相关方的价值承诺。

Ms. Nadine Crauwels, President of SMSBusiness Area Machiningat Sandvik, made an important speech at the meeting. She highlighted that Sandvik Group has recently developed and announced its strategic plan for the next five years. From January 1, 2026, the "Sandvik Manufacturing and Machining Solutions" business segment will be reported as two separate business areas: Machining and Intelligent Manufacturing, to further enhance business focus and external cognitive consistency. Additionally, the Group has established four core values—"Winning Together," "Curiosity," "Responsibility," and "Customer Focus", which will serve as the foundation for corporate culture development and operational decision-making. In the future, the Group’s strategy will focus on high-potential regions and mid-market segments, striving to continuously strengthen core competitiveness through innovative synergies and efficiency improvements, thereby delivering on its value commitments to customers and stakeholders.

山特维克制造和加工解决方案事业部中国区总裁Elisabeth Lindström-Dupuy女士在发言中表示，自阿诺集团加入山特维克一年以来，双方通过积极整合与高效协作，在业务对接、文化融合及市场拓展等方面取得显著成效。阿诺团队展现出高度的专业素养与协作灵活性，获得集团总部及各事业部的广泛认可。展望未来，期望阿诺继续秉持“合作共赢”与“保持好奇心”的核心价值观，在充分发挥自身特色与优势的基础上，持续深化多元协作与创新探索，强化中国区(China Division)的桥梁作用，共同提升整体市场竞争力与发展潜力。

Ms. Elisabeth Lindström-Dupuy, President of SMS Machining’s China Division, noted in her speech that over the year since AHNO joined Sandvik, both sides had achieved significant progress in business connection, cultural integration, and market expansion through active collaboration and efficient coordination. The AHNO team has demonstrated a high level of professionalism and adaptability, earning widespread recognition across the Group headquarters and various business units. Looking ahead, she expressed the expectation that AHNO will continue to uphold the core values of "Winning Together" and "Curiosity." By fully leveraging its unique strengths and advantages, AHNO is encouraged to further deepen diversified collaboration and innovation, strengthen the bridging role of the China Division, and collectively enhance overall market competitiveness and growth potential.

阿诺集团总裁巫智勇先生回顾了阿诺加入山特维克一年以来所取得的积极变化与深远影响。他强调，未来阿诺将获得山特维克集团更广泛的资源支持，尤其在刀片业务领域将进一步加大市场推广力度，阿诺将保持独立性、坚守“阿诺心”，逐步构建规模超十亿元的运营体系。同时，他对全体员工的辛勤付出表示充分肯定与感谢。

Mr. Zhiyong Wu, President of AHNO Group, reviewed the positive changes and far-reaching impact since AHNO joined Sandvik one year ago. He emphasized that AHNO will receive broader resource support from Sandvik Group in the future, particularly in the insert business segment, Ahno will always have the heart of Arno and be Ahno，where market promotion efforts will be intensified to gradually build a sales system exceeding 1 billion CNY. At the same time, he expressed full recognition and sincere gratitude to all employees for their hard work and dedication.

在员工问答环节，阿诺集团各部门员工代表就市场环境变化对业务的影响、未来两年集团对阿诺的期望，以及销售部门在交钥匙项目中如何获取更多支持等议题展开了深入讨论，现场交流气氛热烈。

During the Q&A session, employee representatives from various departments of AHNO Group engaged in in-depth discussions on topics such as the impact of changing market conditions on business, the Group’s expectations for AHNO over the next two years, and how the sales department can gain more support in turnkey projects. The exchange was active and productive, fostering a highly interactive atmosphere.

This Town Hall Meeting not only demonstrated Sandvik Group’s strong emphasis on AHNO’s business but also significantly strengthened the foundation for strategic synergy, value co-creation, and shared development vision between both parties.
